This is a general purpose catalog covering both Diamond and CBN products. All products in this catalog are available in Resin Bond, Carbide or HSS Grinding. Certain products are also available in metal bond for Ceramic or Glass Grinding. Consult our sales staff for metal bond availability.

HIGH TEMPERATURE BOND SYSTEM

The High Temperature Bond System incorporates an amazing new "High Temperature" polyimide resin. A product of space-age technology, this resin is both stronger and more resilient then the typical phenolic resins used by others.

Most important, this "High Temperature" resin will retain it's unique qualities at temperature far in excess of the thermal degradation point of conventional phenolic resins. This property results in dramatic increases in diamond wheel life.

The high Temp. bonds yield their best performance in wet grinding applications with high volume flood coolant systems. They can be used with both diamond and CBN abrasives.

VITRIFIED DIAMOND WHEELS

This catalog outlines our wheels for Flute grinding, gashing, end grinding and other operations involved in the manufacture of drills, burrs, end mills, reamers and other round tools.

We manufacture a complete line of Vitrified (Ceramic Bonded) diamond wheels for the Diamond and CBN Insert industry.
